Summary
The Field Marketer is responsible for creating brand awareness and for scheduling appointments with homeowners whose homes have been affected by storms or show signs of old age. The Field Marketer will learn our custom sales and marketing strategy that rewards them for scheduling appointments rather than “selling” a product. Our training teaches them how to educate the homeowner, overcome objections, and schedule the appointment quickly. The techniques we use not only provide homeowners with a thorough understanding of the appointment, but the nature of the appointment brings them great excitement. To ensure success, the Field Marketer must excel in generating new appointments following proven methods established by REMODELING, M.D. in concentrated areas as a supplement to the companies direct marketing campaign. This will include door-to-door canvassing in areas that have been impacted by storm events (i.e. wind and hail) or old age, as well as creating brand awareness using flyers and letters. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
