Our Process…
If you suspect you have home damage give us a call for a free inspection and damage report.
One of our project managers will take pictures and videos of all damage found. This way we can bring the damage down to you.
If you have damages warranting replacement from your insurance provider, your project manager will walk you through the insurance process, help you file the claim, and manage all correspondence with your insurance team from here on out.
After filing the claim, your provider will assign you an adjuster. He or she will do exactly what we did in step 2. The adjuster will schedule a time and date to stop by for their inspection.
Your project manager will arrive to the adjusters meeting as well to work on your behalf to make sure all damages reported match the initial findings, thus ensuring proper coverage.
Within 48-72 hours, you should receive a document from your insurance company called the scope of work, outlining coverage details; this is the “what” and “how much” of what your claim is covered.
Your project manager can now help you walk through shingle samples and displays, choose your new roof look and organize your re-roofing project to fit around your busy schedule.
Upon complete installation of your new roof, your project manager will provide final inspections to ensure no details were missed before signing the certificate of completion to be filed with insurance company. This is to let them know that all damages documented in the reports in the previous inspection reports have been properly handled.
Once we have processed all paperwork and your account is paid in full, we will provide a copy of your warranty. It is now time to part ways until your next project.
